Steve Messere and Joe Messere teamed up to purchase Cville Classic Cars in 2023. The brothers bought the business from Bill Hall, who opened as a one-man shop in 2009. Steve was previously the shop manager for Cville Classic Cars for over a year and a mechanic in the shop for Bill since 2018.
